[dropcap size=big]I[/dropcap]n 2009, a guy without his shirt on started to dance all by himself at the Sasquatch music Festival which was held at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. After a few minutes, another guy joined him. And then, seemingly out of nowhere, others joined in. The group went from being one lone nut gyrating all by himself to a full-on dance party with dozens of people joining in.

Leaders are often confronted with situations where they are unsure of what to do. History tells us that sometimes the best thing to do is simply be your “authentic” self. Be yourself and if it makes sense (or no sense at all) others might join you. But if you don’t take the chance you will never know will you?
